Hotel Bambi Boutique - Zakopane

The playroom was a lifesaver for our little one, allowing us to relax at breakfast. The cozy decor made us feel right at home during our snowy stay.

The property was quaint with competent staff in apartment far from receptionist, I loved the stay. The location was perfect and excellent, at a walking distance from Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort. Set in excellent area, restaurants and bars were near the hotel. The breakfast was included, it was savoury.

The breakfasts with many options to choose from. The location was particularly good, for example, Krupowki Street was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful mountain views from our room were really good.

The bed was so uncomfortable that I could hardly sleep. The room was disappointingly tiny. Even worse, there was no daily cleaning service unless I paid extra!

The location is exceptionally nice and perfect, at a short distance from Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort. The room is new-fashioned and romantic with mountain views, everything is very good.

I almost thought this place would be decent until i noticed the staff were dreadful. Requesting extra towels was met with a grimace at the reception, how rude! Then, i would expect a room change or a welcome gift for all my troubles, but no, nothing at all. It's just disgraceful service, i couldn't help myself!

Weak Wi-Fi connectivity needs addressing!!! Noise from other guests impacted my stay!!! Limited parking availability during busy times requires better planning!!!

The warm, inviting atmosphere was immediately felt as soon as I entered. My room was a good Standard Room, with beautiful wooden decor and a fine view of the ski slopes. The breakfast spread was astounding, with a variety of delicious options to kickstart my adventure.

Cozy stay with a mountain view

The room was super comfy and clean, and waking up to those mountain views was awesome. Breakfast was a highlight, with a big selection to refuel our adventures. The only bummer was that the playroom could use some new toys for the kids. A lovely spot to enjoy Zakopane!

The rustic charm of the wooden decor in the cottage-style room made me feel instantly at home, and the easy access to the beautiful natural surroundings was perfect for my leisurely strolls.

A wider selection of TV channels would be nice.

I stayed in the Beautiful Room, and it was really nice. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the jacuzzi bath after a cold day out. The decor in the room was beautiful, perfectly capturing that cozy Zakopane vibe. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Really enjoyed the sitting area, nice touch! My only complaint was that the soundproofing left a bit to be desired. I could hear some noise from neighbors. But overall, a cozy place perfect!

The breakfast was good, with traditional foods like cereals, croissants, and delicious cheeses that set the perfect tone for our day. The cozy decor in our Beautiful Room, ideal. The playroom was an excellent feature for our little ones, great to unwind while they enjoyed themselves.

The location was a bit far from the main attractions.
